This toasted coconut is great as a topping, but I really love to eat it right out of my hand! Honestly, it is a wonderful snack!
It also goes well in trail mix or other snack mix.

- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- On a jelly roll pan, spread coconut out into the thinnest layer possible.
- Bake for a total of 15 minutes, stirring the coconut every five minutes so that it browns evenly.
- Store in a sealable bag in the freezer for future use.
