Toasted Coconut

This toasted coconut is great as a topping, but I really love to eat it right out of my hand! Honestly, it is a wonderful snack!

It also goes well in trail mix or other snack mix.

There’s just so much to love about toasted coconut! To celebrate that fact take a listen to “Ev’rything I Love” sung by Peggy Lee. Her voice is just so unique and always recognizable for its smooth tone!

Toasted Coconut



  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. On a jelly roll pan, spread coconut out into the thinnest layer possible.
  3. Bake for a total of 15 minutes, stirring the coconut every five minutes so that it browns evenly.
  4. Store in a sealable bag in the freezer for future use.
