I made the chocolate cheesecake! I probably shouldn’t have since the hot oven made my apartment unbearably warm…yet the creamy chocolate is so worth it.
My chocolate cheesecake never does stay as tall as the one in the recipe photo, but it still tastes marvelous! And I make it repeatedly to savor the flavor time after time after time!
