I admit it. I love soup! And enchilada soup is particularly tasty!
I wish I could say that I make it from scratch, but I don’t. My favorite brand is Cugino’s®. It’s just so…tasty. I always eat it with tortilla chips. So good after a full day of studying!
And after a day of studying, a tasty vocal jazz tune like “How High the Moon” sung by Ella Fitzgerald ends the day perfectly!
