Parchment paper is a marvel! It works wonders when making bread (like the monkey bread above) and cookies! When I was a little girl I thought it was such an extravagance. But after I started using it as a teenager for cheesecakes, I discovered what a marvel it is!
Parchment paper isn’t the only wonderful paper item in today’s blog. My favorite rendition of “It’s Only a Paper Moon” is sung by Ella Fitzgerald. It’s a sweet little love song to continue Valentine’s Day-themed songs!
