Tonight are the 2014 Sochi Olympic Opening Ceremonies on NBC©!
The 2012 London Olympic Opening Ceremonies featured my favorite dog: the corgi! We also had recently added Deno to our family, rescued from an animal shelter. Unfortunately, there aren’t corgis in the Sochi Opening Ceremonies, but there were some flying horses, which are almost as good as corgis!
So I’ll be enjoying the Olympics and figuring out some “Olympic” food! My sister is having an Olympic party and is serving Sloppy Joes! Good way to start out the Olympics!
In honor of the flying horses, take a listen to “Come Fly with Me” sung by Frank Sinatra. And don’t forget to tune in to the Olympics!
