Today I sang during the lunch hour to help advertise upcoming Big Band Night on Saturday, February 15 with dinner, skits as if in a canteen, then dance to BYU’s big band, Synthesis. I am one of the singers.

- On a cutting board, cut with a pizza cutter each uncooked tortilla into six "pie" pieces.
- Cook until browned on a medium hot frying pan. (No oil is needed.)
- Serve immediately sprinkled with salt.
