Sautéed Mushrooms

Fried Mushrooms

I love sautéed mushrooms. They go great with just about any meat! Last night I had them with baked salmon, but they also are wonderful with steak, pork chops, and even on hamburgers. And it’s true! They are simple to make and oh, so delicious!

Looking at the recipe, one would think that sautéed mushrooms can’t possibly be this easy.

Preconceived notions are an everyday occurrence, and often those notions aren’t reality! “This Can’t Be Love” sung by Ella Fitzgerald is a humorous look at how the effect of love may not be what you expect!
