I love Mexican food (even if it’s Tex-Mex). And Cafe Rio® always makes me happy! I like to order a sweet pork barbacoa burrito with black beans “enchilada style” (smothered) in hot sauce! I love spicy food and tonight was especially spicy! And of course, I have to have chips and salsa! Today was a studio day so we got take-out after our long day going through recordings.
