Blue Cheese Butter
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl, put both ingredients. Stir with a fork but do not blend.
- Put a dollop of this tangy butter on top of a steak when ready to eat.
